    Moderator: Amy Caruso, Head of Collateral Initiatives, ISDA

    Amy Caruso is the Head of Collateral Initiatives at ISDA where she is responsible for developing and delivering a transformational strategy for collateral management, including facilitating innovation and compliance while driving standardization and efficiency.

    Previously, she served as the Chief Commercial Officer of DTCC-Euroclear GlobalCollateral. Ms. Caruso managed the derivatives reform initiative at Barings, including preparing the company and its parent, MassMutual, for OTC clearing readiness, ISDA protocols and representations, SEF implementation, and regulatory reporting in multiple jurisdictions.

    Speaker: Anthony Hart, Asset Operations, Rothesay

    Anthony is part of the Asset Operations team and is responsible for Collateral Management within Rothesay. He has been with Rothesay since 2014 and previously supported it in his former role at Goldman Sachs.

     

    Speaker: Mike Duncan, Buyside Expert

    Former Senior Investment Officer at Singlife, Mike brings over 30 years of experience in Asian and European financial markets. With deep expertise in derivatives management, collateral, and trading infrastructure, he strengthened Singlife’s portfolio management and risk frameworks. Previously, Mike also expanded derivatives capabilities at AIA.

     

    Thomas Griffiths, Head of Product, Cassini

    Thomas Griffiths has almost two decades of experience in capital markets and financial services. Starting his career at ABN Amro Bank in the early 2000s, Thomas has since held numerous senior management roles, including Head of Equity Hybrids and Equity Exotics at RBS and Head of Business Management at TriOptima. Most recently, Thomas can be attributed to TriOptima TriCalculate’s success as CO-CEO. Now, Thomas is Head of Product at Cassini and the primary driver of the product vision, overseeing developing and managing the product’s roadmap and creating solutions that deliver value to customers and business goals. 

     

    Philip Forkan, Head of Collateral, Tonic

    Phil is a highly experienced senior consultant and SME with over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across OTC clearing, margin, and collateral. A track record of delivery within Operations, Change, and Sales at Investment Banks and as a Consultant.
